Ayam KLG's Recipe up for grabs


Holla readers! I'm sorry for not updating as much recently as I've been busy working. But I promise I will not neglect this blog :) To those who requested Ayam KLG recipe (of mine..heheh),

here's a special entry for you.


Ingredients:




  1. Ayam.


  2. Salt and Ajinomoto to taste.


  3. Curry powder.


  4. Wheat flour.


  5. Cooking oil to fry.

Chef's note: Too much curry powder can result in your ayam to taste like bleghh..


(ceyhh..siap ada chef's note lagi :p)


Cooking method:




  1. Marinate your ayam with salt, Ajinomoto, and curry powder.


  2. Heat cooking oil.


  3. Coat marinated chicken with wheat flour (dry) and fry until chicken turns golden .

Results may vary due to air tangan.

jap.. air tangan i kira cam bleh laa. bab2 masuk dapur ni.. harap2 sedap ler..

Brenda, air tangan tuh macam your own skill and senses or something like that. So diff people, diff air tangan. Okay maybe you can get someone else to give you the exact meaning hehe. SEMUA ORANG WAJIB CUBA RESIPI SENANG DAN HEBAT INI. MARI MARI.

Brenda Ang: very easy recipe..air tangan..emm..like different people cook the same thing, will never get the same taste..because everyone has their own air tangan..

Kellie: you can marinate the ayam for about 5 minutes. actually i only waited until the oil is heated.
